Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026
These terms govern access to NexaFlow OS. By creating or using a workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and agree to use the service lawfully.
Accounts and approval
Registration does not automatically grant workspace access. NexaFlow may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke an account to protect clients, customer data, connected services, and platform integrity.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for account access, connected-provider credentials, customer notices and consents, and the accuracy of business information supplied to AI assistants. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or high-risk activity without appropriate human review.
AI output
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Workspace operators must configure escalation, review important communications, and independently verify legal, financial, safety-critical, or contractual decisions.
Commercial arrangements
NexaFlow does not collect online payments inside the application. Any service scope, fees, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms are agreed separately between NexaFlow and the client.
Third-party services
Google, Meta, Twilio, email hosts, Supabase, and other connected providers operate under their own terms. NexaFlow is not responsible for their availability, policy changes, verification decisions, or account restrictions.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change as security, provider, and product requirements evolve. To the extent permitted by law, liability is subject to the separate written commercial agreement with the client.
Termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, breach of these terms, or termination of the separate client agreement. Workspace owners may stop using the service and request deletion, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
